Cabriolet Legs and Crinoline Stretcher
Sourcing work for the recreation of Jimi Hendrix's flat at the Handel House Museum has us cross-eyed with ebay fatigue. We are now experts in some very diverse fields from chair legs to late 1960s hifi to freestyle knitting. Nothing in the recreation of the flat will have belonged to Jimi, but the attention to detail should result in a space which really feels authentic. This month we've been really pleased to find the perfect company to replicate Jimi's chair, and to bag a couple of items (an ashtray and electric fire) which look to be the exact types once in the original flat.
