Liz Lippiatt

Biography

Liz Lippiatt follows the great tradition of working with cloth in the historic textile valleys of Gloucestershire. She designs, screen-prints and dyes fine fabrics, creating her own unique collections for fashion and furnishings and is renowned for her luscious devore silk velvets.

Sharing her studio at the vibrant Stroud Valley Artspace artists studios are five textile artists, Kathryn Clarke, Sarah Jenner, Ellys Beale, Fran Kellet and Corinne Hockley.

The studios open in May for the Artists Open Studios and the Select Trail over two weekends when the public are invited to visit the working studios.
